Q. What should I do if the system crashes or freezes?
If your device shows nothing on screen. please try to put it on charger. the red LED should light up. It's recommended to keep it on charger for at least 10 minutes. if there is no red LED at the start.
Player can be reset by holding down the power button/volume wheel. First. hold down the wheel for 15 seconds. this should force the device to shut-down. Then press it again for 15 seconds. it should force the device to power-up.

Q:Does the M3 Ultra support Android Auto?
A:YES!Android Auto only supports systems above Android 8. so our M3X does not support it. but our M3U. M6U. and M7 support Android Auto and run normally on it
Q1. My Airpods are playing too quietly with M3U. what can I do?
Please enable Developer Options:
System Settings – About Device – Build Number (Click 7 times on the Build Number)
Then go to System settings – System – Developer options and look for “Disable absolute volume” setting. Try to turn it On/Off to see if it helps with Airpods volume. Be sure to disconnect and re-connect Airpods after changing the disable absolute volume.
Q2: Can I use USB DAC with M3U?
Yes. just connect your DAC to M3U with matching USB cable. It should automatically recognize the connected DAC and start using its digital USB output. Please make sure headphones are disconnected for this use.
Some USB DACs are not supported due to their power demands or need for special USB drivers.
Q3. How to transfer files from computer to M3U Ultra.
Firstly. make sure player is switched to USB Mode DISK. accessible in Quick access menu.
When you connect the player to a computer with a USB cable. at default it will only start to charge. You need to swipe down from top of the screen to view system notifications and there you will see notification “charging this device via USB”. Tap on this notifications and switch to “File Transfer”
Now both the internal memory of player and inserted Micro SD card will show up on your computer as new drive. Simply copy there all your audio and other files.
Note: Mac users need additional software to allow file transfer for Android devices.
Q4. How to install third-party applications?
Applications can be installed through the built-in app market apps or from individual .apk files from MicroSD card using the Files app.
